This weeks 52 list prompt was List the Things that make you feel healthy. This was a good one for me because I feel like the past year I have been lacking in that department. I used to meditate, do yoga everyday, eat raw more often, and that has all gone down the drain. I spent way too much time on the computer, and even though its part of my job, and a big part of my school work... It has gotten in the way of taking time for myself. I am so glad I found these lists, and writing down all these things that used to make me feel healthy, are things i need to be doing NOW.
